Installation regulations for temperature detection instruments

1. The temperature measuring elements of contact type temperature detection instruments (mercury thermometers, bimetallic thermometers, pressure type thermometers, thermistors, thermocouples, etc.) should be installed in places that can accurately reflect the temperature of the measured object.

2. When installing temperature measuring components in dusty areas, protective measures should be taken to prevent wear and tear.

3. When the temperature measuring element is installed in a position that is susceptible to strong impact from the measured material, and when its insertion depth is greater than 1m or the measured temperature is greater than 700 ° C when installed horizontally, anti bending measures should be taken.

4. The temperature sensing surface of the surface thermometer should be in close contact with the surface of the measured object and firmly fixed.

5. The temperature bulb of the pressure thermometer must be fully immersed in the object being measured, and protective measures should be taken for the installation of the capillary tube. The bending radius should not be less than 50mm, and insulation measures should be taken when the surrounding temperature changes dramatically.
